I Face Kotex Daily Pad Adhesive Problems That Damaged My Underwear

I am experiencing a serious quality problem with the 56-count Kotex daily pad product. Approximately 15 days ago, I purchased three 56-count boxes from a Gratis store. Even though I use the pads according to the instructions, the adhesive layer repeatedly stays stuck to my underwear when I remove them. The pad does not come off in one piece, and the adhesive remains on the fabric, making it extremely difficult to clean.

So far, I have used the product approximately 10 times, and I experienced the same problem in at least 9 of those uses. Because of this, several pairs of my underwear have been damaged and have become unusable. I still have opened boxes from the same product batch, and I expect the same issue to continue. This situation is both unhygienic and raises serious concerns about the quality of the product.

I have not yet contacted either Kotex or the store where I purchased the product. I request that the product be inspected, that the manufacturing issue causing the adhesive problem be investigated, and that my inconvenience be compensated, including the cost of the underwear that was damaged.

I also request clear information regarding this product batch and ask that Kotex provide me with a response about the results of the investigation.
