Kosmos Visa Services Visa Appointment Struggle

I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment using the company's online system for individual applications, but there are no slots available. The company currently restricts individual appointment slots to mornings, while reserving afternoons for visa consultation centers. However, it appears that they have deliberately blocked off time slots for individual applicants as well. This is not a common situation in every city and branch. It's quite puzzling how the newly released appointments for the week always seem to get booked up right away. It seems like their main objective is to increase their profits by offering specialized services or selling appointment rights to consultation centers. This situation is completely unacceptable. I'm making sure to voice my concerns here, on CİMER, and on different social media platforms to ensure that everyone is informed about these unacceptable practices. I will collect as much evidence as I can to escalate the matter further. I will ensure that everyone is informed about these concerning practices and escalate this issue accordingly.
