Recover My Konami Account

Today I discovered that my eFootball / Konami account appears to have been hacked and I can no longer log in. When I try to sign in with my usual details, I receive an error message saying that I am unable to log in and that I should check my login ID and password, even though I am entering the correct information. Until this incident, I was using the same email address and details without any problem, and my account, game progress and items were all linked to this email. Now it looks as if my email is not recognised and I am effectively locked out of the account. I request that my access to the same eFootball account be restored, that my account be investigated for unauthorised access, and that all my in‑game data and progress be recovered if any changes or losses have occurred. I also ask that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent this from happening again.
