Konami eFootball Account Recovery
I am writing about a serious problem with my Konami eFootball/PES mobile account, which appears to have been hijacked today. When I tried to play, I saw that I had been logged out of my account, and every time I try to log back in I receive a message saying that the password I entered does not match, even though I am using my correct details. Until today I had normal access to my account and had spent money on in‑game purchases. Now I can no longer access the account at all. My eFootball/PES mobile account was linked to my own contact details, and I know the user information (such as the ID/username and the linked email or phone), but I still cannot sign in because the password seems to have been changed without my knowledge. I request that Konami urgently recovers and secures my hijacked eFootball/PES mobile account, restores my access using my legitimate account details, and checks for any unauthorized changes or activity. I would like my account to be returned to me as soon as possible so that I can continue using the game I have already invested money and time in.
