Konami ID Deleted After Brief Inactivity

I attempted to log into my Konami ID account, but was met with an error stating, "Your account has been deleted because not all information was active." This is absurd, as I had only been inactive for three days. Losing my account over such a minor issue is unacceptable.
I’ve invested significant time and effort into the game, and I don’t want to start over because of what seems to be a system error. I demand that my account be restored immediately. Such technical mishaps shouldn't penalize loyal players. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can regain access to my account and continue playing without further frustration.
