Konami Game Payment Not Refunded After Purchase Issue

I made an in-game purchase through a Konami game, but I didn’t receive a refund when I requested one. I purchased the MSN pack, which only gave me Messi, but the performance is not as advertised. While other players seem to dominate with single shots, I cannot achieve the same results, and the experience feels unbalanced.

I am extremely frustrated with how refunds and in-game mechanics are handled. Refunds should be processed efficiently, but that is not the case here. I expect Konami to address this issue immediately, provide a refund for the unsatisfactory purchase, and ensure that in-game packs offer fair and consistent results. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
