Konami eFootball Account Recovery After Unauthorized Email Change

I am an eFootball 2026 player on Android from Côte d’Ivoire, and I play on a Tecno Spark 20 device. My eFootball account has been hacked, and I have completely lost control of it. I used to access my account normally, but on December 17, 2025, someone appears to have taken over the account and changed the registered email address to an unknown one. My original email linked to the account was ebenezerewu***@gmail.com, and my in-game username was Bondxxx. After this unauthorized change, I could no longer access my account, and everything in it is now out of my control.

I am extremely worried that I may permanently lose access to my account and everything I earned in the game because of this unauthorized access and email change. I contacted Konami support by email, and I was informed that the requested email account had been automatically sent from my Konami ID, but this did not solve my problem and I still do not have control of my account. Since there is no clear in-game support option for hacked accounts and my email has already been changed, I have not been able to fix this issue on my own.

I respectfully request that my eFootball 2026 account with the username Bondxxx be thoroughly reviewed for unauthorized changes and that the registered email be changed back from the hacker’s email address to my original email, ebenezerewu***@gmail.com, so I can regain access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional verification details needed to prove that I am the rightful owner of this account and to help secure it from any further unauthorized access.
