Paytm UPI ₹300 Not Credited or Refunded After Transaction

I made a UPI payment of ₹300 through the Paytm app on March 29, 2026, from my Union Bank account to the UPI ID 7660809487@pym, registered under the name Osha Alom. The amount was successfully debited from my Union Bank account, but it has not been credited to the recipient, and I have also not received any refund back to my account.

I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any clear or helpful response, and the problem remains unresolved. It is very frustrating that my money is stuck without any proper information or solution.

I request that the ₹300 be refunded immediately to my Union Bank account. I also ask for a clear confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed. For any further clarification, I can be contacted on my PhonePe/UPI-linked mobile number 76608094***.
