I Want To Restore My Efootball Account

I have an eFootball mobile account and recently lost access due to what appears to be unauthorized use. After the Thursday update, my account started giving an “invalid command has been indicated” type of error, and I could not log in for about 7 days. During this period I did not log in at all, but later my friend showed me that someone else was actively using my account. The account is linked to my eFootball ID and is used on mobile. I am very worried that my progress and items in the game might be misused or lost due to this unauthorized access. I kindly request that my account be investigated, all unauthorized activities be detected, and that access to my original account be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that any suspicious devices or sessions be removed and that my account be secured so that this problem does not occur again.
