I Report Positioning and Upgrade Issues on KONAMI FC25 Players

I’ve been actively playing KONAMI FC25, but I’m facing several persistent technical issues that are ruining the experience. A few days ago, I pulled a 106-rated Sancho from the in-game store—something I was really excited about. However, when I tried to place him in my starting 11, the system failed to show any valid position (no green area), even though he was in my club. This problem has occurred with multiple players, not just Sancho.

Additionally, the upgrade system regularly fails during ranking attempts, even when it shows a high success rate. These bugs and glitches take away all the joy of progress and make me feel like my time and effort are being wasted.

As a committed player, I request an urgent technical fix for these placement and upgrade issues, and if not possible, I expect in-game compensation for the affected players and failed upgrades.
