I Report Unfair PvP Ban and Lost Rewards on Konami eFootball

I’ve been playing Konami eFootball with dedication, and during one recent PvP match, I noticed my 103-rated Osimhen player suddenly appeared as 106-rated. This unexpected change caused other players to assume I was cheating, and I was mass-reported without justification.

As a result, my PvP access was unfairly revoked, my courtesy level was dropped to B, and I became ineligible for match rewards. This entire incident was a technical glitch on Konami’s side, not a user-induced manipulation or violation of the rules.

This situation has caused both emotional distress and in-game loss. I expect a full investigation into my account, a restoration of my PvP privileges, and a compensatory in-game gift or equivalent rewards for the ones I’ve unfairly missed.
