I Face Player Position Bug with Kimmich in Konami eFootball and Request Compensation

Hello, I’ve been a loyal eFootball player for years, and my in-game username is “e******.” Recently, while browsing my friend’s player list during a match, I noticed something very odd — Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich was incorrectly displayed as an SLA (Left Winger). Because of this error, my friend couldn’t use him properly as a substitute, which ruined part of the match strategy.

This type of technical glitch is not what I expect from a game as established as eFootball. I love this game, and despite the issue, I’ll continue playing because the gameplay itself is excellent. My rating for the game remains 5 stars.

However, I would appreciate a small token of goodwill — just 500 MC — to make up for the frustration. The reason I’m asking for this is that I promised my nephew something in-game, and this would help me fulfill that. Please take this bug seriously and fix the player positioning error. And if possible, grant the 500 MC as a gesture of appreciation for loyal players like myself. Thank you.
