Efootball PES 2025 Lost Access to Account After Messi Pack Purchase Attempt
I am requesting support regarding an issue I experienced today in Konami’s Efootball PES 2025. Through a friend, I attempted to get the 105 Messi Pack. My friend created an account using his own email address, gave me the password, and I linked the account. However, afterward I was no longer able to log in, and my friend has since stopped responding to my messages.
I personally did not make any payment for this transaction—my friend was supposed to handle the purchase using his own bank card. Still, I now find myself locked out of the account and unable to access it. I have no existing membership or subscription linked to my details.
I live in Istanbul/Zeytinburnu Telsiz Mahallesi, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem. I could not reach Konami’s customer service for assistance. I kindly request Konami’s help to review this situation and provide me with the necessary support to regain access to my account.
