The numerous issues I've encountered with Konami eFootball have prompted me to write and vent my displeasure. From bad customer service to bad gameplay, the game has it all. Despite purchasing a bundle with 1500 gems, I was unable to acquire Ronaldinho. I have a hard time logging into the game fast, and the packs are terrible. I am unable to retrieve my Konami account; it keeps vanishing. Unfortunately, my internet connection is too slow to connect to matches. Unfortunately, the league level is low and the matches are really challenging. In addition to a lack of quality players, my team suffers from frequent injuries. Things are going downhill for the game. I've been a die-hard fan of the Pro Evolution Soccer games, but eFootball has left me feeling let down. There is no way around it: the game is terrible. The numerous issues with eFootball need Konami's attention, and I would like my gems back for the pack that was missing Ronaldinho. Service to customers should be improved as well.
