Frustrated with Lack of Rewards and Players in Konami E-Football

I’m incredibly frustrated as I write this complaint about Konami. I really love the game, but I feel like I'm playing for nothing. No matter how much effort I put in or how many matches I play, I don’t get any good players or rewards. It feels like I’m wasting my time. What’s the point of playing if I can’t progress? The game doesn’t seem to give me any players or rewards. It’s really disheartening, and it feels like all my efforts are in vain. Please fix this issue, as it's making the game unenjoyable.
