My Konami ID has been compromised, and I can’t remove or change it. Every time I try to change it, the system asks for a password, but the person who gained access to my account knows the password. My account is linked to my own Gmail via Google Play, but the Konami ID isn’t. I need urgent help to resolve this issue and secure my account. Please assist me in regaining control of my Konami ID and preventing further access by the unauthorized person.
