Can't Play Konami eFootball Online with Friends on My Own WiFi

Konami eFootball is giving me some unusual problems. On my own network, I am unable to join online matches with my pals. Nevertheless, when I link up with another person's WiFi hotspot, everything is functioning well! According to other apps, my internet connection is fine. My own internet won't let me play eFootball with my pals. I would like it if Konami would look into the reason I am unable to join online matches using my own internet and find a way for me and my friends to play eFootball on our own WiFi.
