Koleston Dark Brown Dye Was Put In The Copper Paint Can, My Hair Is Ruined

I have been using copper tone for 12 years and my hair is already damaged so I never changed the color. I bought Koleston copper brown dye last week, I bought Koleston for the first time. I started dyeing it and noticed that it was getting darker and I went to the shower. My hair became black, jet black. Then when I looked back, it says 3.0 on the tube I squeezed. My hair can't handle a lightener. Is it that hard to make a gelatin in these boxes? Who will cover my material and moral damages?!
