Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Caused Facial Burning
On April 27, I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo from Sebamed's official store on Trendyol. During the very first shower in which I used the product, I experienced a serious reaction. While showering, I felt an intense burning and stinging sensation on my face. As soon as I got out of the shower, I noticed significant redness across my face. Although the burning and redness gradually subsided within about 30 minutes, the reaction was extremely uncomfortable and concerning.
I have never experienced a similar allergic reaction or skin sensitivity with any shampoo or cosmetic product before, including other Sebamed products. For that reason, I am concerned that there may be an issue with the product's formulation or manufacturing. For both my own safety and to help prevent other consumers from experiencing the same problem, I request that my product be thoroughly investigated and that it be determined whether its use may have caused any harm to my skin.
Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a full refund for the product associated with Trendyol order #11170921269. I also ask that the necessary investigation be carried out, that I be informed of the findings, and that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
