I purchased a monthly Kling subscription via the Kling website on 12 May 2026. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, the subscription credits were never added to my account because my account appears to have been in a deleted or inactive status at the time of purchase. It has now been three days since the transaction, yet the issue has still not been resolved and I have not received any subscription benefits. This is both inconvenient and unfair, as I have paid for a service that I cannot use. I kindly request that you either immediately restore my subscription and add the corresponding credits to my account, or provide a full refund for this transaction without any further delay.
