Unauthorized Charge For Cancelled Kling AI Subscription

I had an active subscription to the Kling AI Pro monthly plan, which I canceled, but despite this, $37 was still debited from my account. The payment was taken by credit card (via Apple Pay) directly on Kling AI’s website while I was using macOS in Kyrgyzstan. I consider this charge unfair because the subscription had already been canceled at the time of the transaction. My ID - 72516***  After noticing the unauthorized charge, I contacted Kling AI via Gmail, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of feedback further increases my dissatisfaction because I expect at least an acknowledgment and an explanation regarding why I was charged after cancellation. I request an immediate refund of the $37 that was taken after the cancellation of my Kling AI Pro monthly subscription and a clear explanation of how this occurred, so that similar issues do not happen again in the future.
