Kling AI Charged For A Canceled Subscription

I recently discovered that KlingAI created a Pro Monthly subscription under my name using an email address that I did not knowingly register or authorize. I never signed up for a KlingAI subscription and was not aware that any account existed in my name. Despite this, I was charged $32.56 on 08/23/2026 under purchase code 920627313086169106 for a subscription I never requested or consented to. After noticing this, I contacted KlingAI by email to explain that I had not created this subscription and to request a full refund of the $32.56, closure of any account opened in my name, and deletion of my data. In their final response, they refused to refund the payment, even though the subscription and the charge were made without my informed consent. I am requesting a full refund of the $32.56 that was charged on 08/23/2026 for this unauthorized subscription, as well as the permanent deletion of any KlingAI account opened in my name and all of my personal data, including any stored bank or payment information. I also request written confirmation that my data and any related account have been completely removed from their systems and that no further charges will be made.
