Kiwi.com Support Unreachable After Missing PNR for International Flight

On November 21, I purchased a flight ticket for the Batman–Hamburg route through Kiwi.com, paying approximately $200 by credit card. After completing the purchase, I was only provided with a reservation number (#701298466), but I was not given a PNR number. Because of this, I am extremely concerned about my flight and cannot obtain any information from the airline.

I have also been unable to reach Kiwi.com’s support phone number, so I have not been able to get any assistance. This situation is causing significant stress and uncertainty regarding my travel.

I request that my PNR number be sent to me immediately and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
