Kiwi.com Customer Still Waiting for $287 Flight Refund

I purchased a round-trip ticket to Prague with a connection in Istanbul through Kiwi.com for approximately $287 and canceled it about one month before the travel date. My reservation number is 740 805 681.

The Kiwi.com system shows that my refund request was received on March 31, 2026, but months have passed and I have still not received any refund or been given any clear information about the status of my refund.

I am experiencing financial inconvenience because I have been kept waiting for such a long time. I request that the approximately $287 I paid for the ticket be refunded to me as soon as possible.
