Kiwi.com Flight Gate Closed Early, Missed Connection to Dubai
On October 25, we booked a connecting flight from Ankara to Dubai through Kiwi.com. Our Dubai flight was scheduled for 10:00 AM. After landing from our first leg via Istanbul, we headed straight to the gate, only to find it had closed two hours early. Despite having valid tickets, we were denied boarding.
This caused extreme distress, especially for my child, who had a meltdown due to the situation. It was a humiliating experience for our entire family.
I expect Kiwi.com to take responsibility and provide an immediate resolution, including compensation for our inconvenience. Such mismanagement is unacceptable, and I hope they will ensure this does not happen to others in the future.
