Kia Picanto Multimedia System Issue At 30,000 Km

Hello, today Kia contacted me. First of all, I would like to thank them for their quick response (I wrote the complaint here on Friday and they got back to me before Monday afternoon). They informed me that they would replace the part free of charge under the loyal customer warranty because I regularly had maintenance done at the authorized service center without exceeding the time (km/year). Afterwards, I called the service center. They also said that the part would be available within 20-25 days and they would install it directly once it arrives. For now, I am very thankful to them. I will write here again once the process is completed.

Hello, my spouse and I have been Kia users for 3 years. Upon the recommendation of my friend, we bought two Kia vehicles, a Sportage and a Picanto, brand new from the authorized Kia dealership, both for my spouse and myself. Every year, we take our cars to the authorized service center regularly. It's been only 2 years. In the 3rd month of the second year, the touchscreen of the Picanto started to partially malfunction. I took it to the service center and they told me that the warranty for the "Multimedia system" had expired after 2 years, so I would have to cover the costs. At that time, the car had only 30,000 kilometers (Service records are available). Later on, due to work and health issues, I had to leave the city and couldn't attend to it. Now that I'm back, the touchscreen is giving me even more trouble. I took it to the service center again (currently the car has 35,000 kilometers). They told me that the screen needed to be replaced, and they quoted a cost of 16,000 TL, with a service fee of 2,000 TL. I would like answers to the following questions: 1) How can the touchscreen of the car break at 30,000 kilometers/2 years? Do we have to replace it every 30,000 kilometers? 2) How can the diagnostic service fee alone be 2,000 TL? 3) What kind of price is 16,000 TL for a touchscreen? Are they installing an iPhone in its place?
