KFC Delivery Service Fails to Return Cash
Yesterday, we placed an order to our home in Istanbul-Gaziosmanpaşa. The order total was 119 TL. The delivery courier took 200 TL in cash from our child and claimed they didn't have 80 TL as change. They suggested making an electronic funds transfer (EFT) if we had an account. Our child provided the account details, and supposedly, the EFT was made. Naturally, the 80 TL change never arrived. When I called customer service, they said they registered the complaint and that the restaurant would get back to us, but no one has contacted us so far. We demand the immediate return of the 80 TL change owed to us. The situation is frustrating, and the lack of response from both the delivery service and customer service is highly disappointing. As paying customers, we deserve better service and a timely resolution to this issue.
