Karaca Robotea Pro Con 4 In 1 Returned Broken - Faults Not Repaired Under Warranty

On 17.09.2025, I purchased a Karaca Çaysever Robotea Pro Con 4 in 1 from the Karaca store. After using the device for about two months, it started to malfunction; the buttons stopped responding, it either did not brew tea at all or stopped the brewing process halfway and gave an error, and it was leaking water while brewing. Due to these problems, I delivered the product directly to the Karaca store where I had purchased it. Since the product was under warranty and had been used for a very short period, I was told that it would most likely be replaced. No paper form was given to me, only a service record was sent via message. When the product was delivered back to me and I opened the box in the evening, I saw that it had been returned exactly as I had handed it in, without any repair or replacement. Moreover, although I had delivered it intact to the store, I noticed that the upper part of the teapot was broken. In the service report, they added the note “kettle changed”, but in reality no part has been replaced, and the product has been sent back in the same faulty condition, and in a broken state. When I opened the box, there was still moisture on the product. My invoice number for this purchase is 02430011809500009975. As a result, no repair or replacement has been carried out for the faulty product, the intact product I delivered has been returned to me broken, and I have not been properly informed about the process. For this product, which is under warranty, I request that my grievance be resolved urgently by replacing the device with a non-defective new one or, if I so choose, by providing a full refund.
