I purchased the Karaca Jumbo Duplin Black Cookware set, and the bottom of one of the pots completely fell off. I have been trying to get service support for about a month, repeatedly submitting requests through the Karaca App and contacting customer service. Despite my efforts, my request has been completely ignored, and Karaca refuses to accept my claim.
This is unacceptable for a supposedly high-quality cookware brand. A product failing like this is clearly a manufacturing defect, and yet Karaca refuses to take responsibility. I am still waiting for a response through the app and demand immediate action. Karaca, stand behind your products and provide the support your customers deserve!
