If you sent money with Kakao Pay and didn’t receive confirmation, first check your transaction history inside the Kakao Pay app to see whether the payment shows as “completed,” “pending,” or “failed.”
Sometimes a payment is only pre-authorized and will automatically reverse within a few business days if it was not fully processed.
If the status is unclear or the funds were deducted, contact Kakao Pay customer support directly through the in-app Help and provide the exact date, amount, and recipient details with screenshots.
If the recipient confirms they didn’t receive the money and Kakao Pay doesn’t resolve it, share your case on Xolvie so others are aware and the company is prompted to act.
