JusTalk keeps disconnecting during calls, how can I fix the connection issues?

JusTalk call disconnects are usually caused by unstable Wi-Fi, aggressive battery-saving settings, blocked background data, or outdated app versions.

JusTalk officially recommends switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, restarting the device, and updating or reinstalling the app to refresh the connection.

On Android, disable battery optimization and allow unrestricted background data for JusTalk because many phones automatically suspend VoIP apps during calls.

iPhone users should also confirm Low Power Mode is off and that JusTalk has permission for microphone, notifications, and mobile data access.

If calls still drop, clear the app cache, log out and back in, and avoid VPNs or private DNS services that can interrupt voice routing.
