Joie High Chair From E-Bebek Arrived Damaged — Poor Quality Control and No Support

On June 28, 2025, I ordered a Joie Mimzy LX high chair from E-Bebek’s online store. The product was supposed to arrive the next day, but it was only delivered after I called multiple times to follow up on the delay.

When I opened and assembled the high chair, I realized it was defective — the seat section doesn’t fit properly into the legs of the chair. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue with E-Bebek; I had the exact same problem with a swing I purchased previously. It seems the company has serious quality control problems, as they keep sending faulty and poorly inspected products.

I immediately called customer service and reported the defect right after receiving the item. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to personally take the large item to the shipping company as if it were my fault. A return request for home pickup was eventually created, but as of this evening, no one has contacted me or taken any action.

This is the second time I’ve experienced such poor service with E-Bebek. I regret ever shopping here and will never order from them again — nor will I recommend them to anyone. The company should take accountability for defective products and customer inconvenience.
