Joie Brisk SX Stroller Fabric Traps Stains Within First Month of Use

I purchased a Joie Brisk SX umbrella stroller through E-bebek, paying a higher price under the expectation that it would be high quality and long-lasting. However, the stroller's fabric traps every stain—water marks, sweat stains, and wet wipe spots—creating an extremely dirty and filthy appearance that cannot be cleaned at all. Because this issue emerged less than a month after purchase, I filed a complaint and submitted the stroller for inspection.
Following the inspection, the stains on the fabric were dismissed as "user error," and the product was sent back to me unchanged. The SMS I received also stated that the issue was determined to be user-caused. Yet, I paid nearly four times the price of cheaper alternatives specifically for quality and reliable customer service. Now, I am left stuck with a stain-prone, filthy-looking stroller.
I refuse to use a dirty-looking stroller for my child. I demand that the fabric quality be properly evaluated, that this issue not be dismissed as user error, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve my grievance—including replacing the stroller or renewing its fabric if necessary.
