Adidas Trainers From JD Sports Arrived Defective Twice - Support Is Useless

When the Adidas trainers from JD Sports came, I was let down to notice scuff marks on the sides and loose stitching close to the toe area. Their return method online was unknown, thus I had to drive to the store to swap them, paying for parking as well as fuel. Although the in-store personnel handled the return and were friendly, the replacement pair I just received has uneven sole and glue spots. Better quality is what I expected for the amount I spent. I have to send them back how many times before I find a pair free of flaws? Worse, their customer assistance is almost impossible to get. They seem to hardly want to deal with their consumers at all!
