JBL Wave Beam 2 Right Earbud Lost, Need Replacement Part Supply

Today, I lost the right earbud of my JBL Wave Beam 2 headphones, and since this morning I have been unable to find any solution for obtaining a spare part. I live in Eskişehir, and I purchased the product from the Media Markt store in Kentpark AVM, Ankara.

So far, I have not contacted Media Markt or JBL customer service.

I only want to obtain a replacement for the right earbud—I have no other requests. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
