JBL Tune Flex Left Earbud Not Charging and Connection Stays Active in Case

9I have been using my JBL Tune Flex earbuds for about two months. However, when I place the earbuds in the charging case, the connection does not disconnect, and especially the left earbud does not charge. As a result, I constantly receive “low battery” warnings, making it impossible to use the product efficiently. This problem occurs continuously and has not been resolved.
I purchased the product from Media Markt via Trendyol, and I have the invoice. The warranty period is still active. I attempted to contact both Media Markt and JBL customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone.
Since the product is currently unusable, I request a replacement under warranty.
