JBL TUNE 660NC Did Not Appear in the App Despite Being Assured It Would

45First, just to give some detail, I am from Türkiye. I bought the JBL TUNE 660NC just a few hours ago. I asked multiple times if this model had support for the app because when I had the TUNE 570BT, I couldn't find it in the app either. The salesperson assured me that the TUNE 660NC would work with the app without any problems. I trusted their information and decided to make the purchase. I came home and checked; it connected to Bluetooth, but it does not appear in the app. I even tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but nothing changed. I am very let down.
