If the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) feature on your JBL Live 660NC headphones stopped working after a software update, there are a few things you can do to get it working again.
To begin, make sure that ANC is turned on by pressing the ANC button on the earcup. Different types may have the button in a slightly different place, but most of the time it's on the earcup or the inline remote.
If ANC still won't work, you might want to do a hard reset to get rid of any bugs that might have been caused by the update.
First turn on the JBL Live 660NC headphones. Then press and hold the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons at the same time for more than 5 seconds. If you do this, the gadget should go back to its original settings.
After you restart your headphones, connect them to the JBL Headphones app again to see if ANC works again. Make sure that the software on your headphones is up to date.
