Hello, I purchased my JBL Quantum 200 headset on April 27, 2023, and over time, the ear pads have worn out and torn. The foam inside keeps crumbling and falling apart, making the headset uncomfortable and messy to use. On top of that, the dual-input PC cable has stopped working properly, which now prevents me from using the headset on my computer the way I need to.
I’m not sure whether my warranty is still valid, but I’ve attached my purchase invoice just in case. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any other platform or support channel where I could report this issue, so I’m reaching out here in hopes of a solution.
I’ve also been unable to locate a store or authorized service center where I could buy replacement ear pads or a new cable. These parts are essential for the headset to function properly, and considering the price and brand reputation, I expected better durability and customer support options.
JBL, please guide me on how I can get new ear pads and a replacement cable. I’d appreciate a prompt response and support on this matter. I really like the headset, but I can’t continue using it in this condition.
