Jalwa Bank Withdrawal of ₹13,000 Is Stuck in Processing

I hold a savings account with Jalwa Bank and today I attempted to withdraw 13,000 from my account. The withdrawal has remained in “processing” status and the money has neither been credited to me nor clearly reversed to my account. I tried to reach Jalwa Bank customer service about this situation but I could not get connected, so I have not received any explanation or support regarding why the transaction is stuck in processing. At the moment my funds are blocked and I cannot use this money. I request that my 13,000 be credited to me immediately and that the issue with this transaction be resolved without any further delay. I also expect clear information about what caused this problem so that it does not happen again in the future.
