I Face Completed Withdrawal Status but No Money Received from Jalwa Game

I am writing regarding an issue with a withdrawal from the Jalwa Game application that is marked as completed in the app but has not been credited to my bank account. On April 29, I requested a withdrawal of ₹15,000 from my Jalwa Game balance to my SBI bank account. According to both the application and the support representative I contacted, the transaction status shows “withdrawal complete,” yet the funds have still not been received in my SBI account.
I have previously made successful withdrawals from Jalwa Game to this same SBI account, so I am confident that my bank details are correct. I also have the transaction details and screenshots of this ₹15,000 withdrawal saved as proof. Despite reaching out to Jalwa Game support, the only response I received was that the withdrawal is complete, without any proper explanation for why the money has not reached my account or any clear resolution.
This situation is causing me both financial and emotional stress, as a significant amount of ₹15,000 is currently missing. I am requesting that my April 29 withdrawal be immediately traced and credited to my SBI bank account. Alternatively, I expect a clear written explanation along with a refund or reversal if there was a failure in processing. I am ready to provide the transaction ID and screenshots whenever required so this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
