Itel Sells S23 Smartphone Without Offering Essential Protective Cases

I use an Itel S23 smartphone. Since October 29, 2024, I have been unable to find a suitable case for this phone anywhere in Turkey. No case specifically designed for this model is sold online or in physical stores, and despite thoroughly searching the market, I have come up empty-handed.

I also asked the retailer where I bought the phone, only to learn that they couldn't stock them either. I then emailed Itel directly to inquire if a case exists for this model and how to purchase one, but I received no response.

Despite this brand and model being officially sold in Turkey, the total absence of a basic accessory like a protective case causes significant frustration. I demand that Itel make compatible protective cases available for the S23 model in Turkey or provide clear information regarding the matter.
