IQScore Unauthorized Charge via iqscore.me/bill – No Response

On 20/05/2026, a charge of R$ 80,37 was made to my card by IQScore through the address iqscore.me/bill, using a saved card, without my authorization. I did not consent to this payment and I did not intend to make this purchase or renew any subscription on that date. I tried to contact Iqscore to question and cancel this unauthorized charge, but I could not find an effective service channel and I was unable to speak to anyone responsible for resolving the problem. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription associated with my data and the full refund of the amount of R$ 80,37 charged without my authorization to my card, as well as confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future.
