iqossigara.com Ignores Terea Order #27148 After EFT Payment Transfer
On July 30, 2026, I placed an order for Terea products (Order No. 27148) through iqossigara.com (operating under the name IQOS Türkiye). Per the vendor's instructions, I completed the full payment via EFT transfer, including only my order number "27148" in the transaction memo, and submitted the official payment receipt to their system.
Although I was assured that SMS tracking details would be dispatched within two days, over a month has passed without any confirmation, shipment, or status update. My attempts to resolve this issue through official communication channels have been completely blocked: the corporate email address listed on their portal (iqossigara.com) is invalid and bounces back as non-existent, while repeated inquiry messages sent to their official WhatsApp line remain unanswered.
Collecting payment via bank transfer, providing false contact credentials, and ignoring customer communications without fulfilling the order points to fraudulent commercial practices and severe breach of contract.
I demand that iqossigara.com immediately fulfill Order #27148 and provide valid tracking details alongside a firm delivery date. If the merchandise cannot be dispatched immediately, I demand a complete and prompt refund of my EFT transfer back to my bank account.
