Please Unlock My Account

I am using BDG Game on my iPhone and today my account was suddenly locked when I tried to make a withdrawal. When I attempted to log in again, the application showed the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I have been completely unable to access my account since then. My BDG Game user ID / registered number is 9478748***. Until the moment my account was locked, I had been using the application normally and did not receive any warning, notification or explanation from the platform about this situation.
