On the night of September 16–17, after installing the latest update on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I began experiencing serious problems. Before the update, the battery easily lasted an entire day. Now, it struggles to last even 7 hours.
In addition, the phone constantly overheats and never cools down, even during normal use. For a device that cost such a high price, facing these issues is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
My phone is still under warranty, but I have not yet contacted technical service or customer support. I expect Apple to fix this issue immediately with a proper software solution.
I live in Izmir and request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible, as these issues are severely impacting the usability of my device.
