Investing.com Needs to Review the Unfair Ban on My Analysis Account

My account named “Venture Capital,” which shared technical analysis posts in the zkSync (ZK) forum on Investing.com, was unfairly banned on April 19, 2026, through both the website and Android application despite the fact that I did not violate any rules. While I was providing detailed, high-level technical analysis regarding topics such as Elastic Chain, zk Stack, and RWA, my account — which never included insults, profanity, or abusive behavior — was suddenly suspended. This situation clearly demonstrates how problematic and inconsistent Investing.com’s moderation system has become.

The real scandal becomes even more obvious when considering that while I was banned for producing technical and informative content, other accounts on the same forum with openly offensive usernames, systematic harassment, and constant market misinformation continue operating without any restrictions whatsoever. Offensive troll accounts are ignored and tolerated, while an account focused on educating investors through technical analysis appears to have been banned due to coordinated abuse of the reporting system. This is concrete evidence of biased and ineffective moderation practices on Investing.com.

By effectively enabling troll groups who cannot respond to technical arguments and instead abuse the reporting system, Investing.com is damaging both its own brand reputation and its credibility among investors. I request that my account, “Venture Capital,” be manually reviewed by a qualified senior moderator with actual knowledge of the subject matter rather than being judged solely through automatic filters or manipulated reports. I also demand that this serious mistake be corrected immediately and that my account be fully restored.

I will continue to closely follow this matter and the double standard in which quality information is effectively censored while ignorance, trolling, and offensive usernames are rewarded and allowed to thrive. I reserve all of my legal rights regarding this situation.
