I am writing regarding an incorrect liquidation on MEXC in RAVE/USDT perpetual futures, which caused me a financial loss of 147.3858 USDT. On June 14, 2026, at 16:58:59, my short position in RAVE/USDT perpetual futures was liquidated even though, based on the information available to me, the market price never reached my liquidation level.
Before the liquidation, the system clearly showed a liquidation price of 14.8500 for my short position. However, according to the chart and market data I reviewed, the price did not reach that level, yet my position was still liquidated. This liquidation appears incorrect and unfair, and it directly resulted in a loss of 147.3858 USDT. The position and the liquidation event are clearly visible in my account history and liquidation records.
I contacted MEXC support and explained the issue in detail, asking for assistance as a loyal user who values the exchange. However, I received an unclear response that referred to a chart I found confusing and unreliable, and I felt that my complaint was handled without proper attention or a transparent review.
I kindly request that MEXC carefully review my RAVE/USDT perpetual futures short position, the displayed liquidation price, and the actual market movement at the time of liquidation. I also request a refund of my 147.3858 USDT loss caused by this liquidation. I expect a clear, transparent explanation based on verifiable data and a fair resolution in my favor.
