My Deposit Not Credited for Three Months

For the past three months, my deposit of 15,000 has not been credited to my Instamatch gaming account, even though the amount was debited from my bank account. On 21 February, I made an instant payment by scanning a QR code for 15,000 to fund my Instamatch account, but the balance has still not appeared in my gaming account. After noticing that the money was not added, I contacted Instamatch customer support. They informed me that my amount was in a verification process and asked me to wait. Despite this, there has been no progress for months. I have already provided all necessary proof, including screenshots and my bank statement in PDF format clearly showing that the payment of 15,000 was debited from my bank account. Although the payment has successfully left my bank, the full amount of 15,000 is still missing from my Instamatch gaming account and has not been credited at all. I request that Instamatch immediately complete the verification, credit the 15,000 to my gaming account without any further delay, or alternatively refund the full amount back to my bank account, and provide a clear explanation for this long delay.
