Aslı's Thank You Message
“I was very upset to be falsely accused, but I was able to get my accounts back, thank you very much.”

Hello, on July 24, 2024, my Instagram account was hacked. My friends were asked for money through a suspicious link. Similarly, another personal account was hacked in the same manner, but they were able to recover their account by emailing Instagram. However, despite my efforts, I haven’t received any help. My account contains pictures and posts with my family, and I regularly used it to contribute reels I enjoyed between my two accounts. Now, I can't access it at all. I am requesting that my account be returned to me without any further incident.

Additionally, last week, my backup Instagram account and its connected Facebook account were suspended on false accusations of violating the terms of use. I regained access to Instagram after submitting an appeal with a selfie, and an apology was issued for the error. However, my Facebook account remains suspended. Every time I try to log in, Instagram prompts me to appeal in a different way. I have submitted numerous appeals and sent emails, but nothing has changed. These accounts hold personal family content, and nothing inappropriate has ever been shared. I am urgently requesting the restoration of my Facebook account, as it was wrongfully suspended.
